Q: How much is postage?

A: At Remember When we have a flat rate postage system of $5 within NSW and $7 for ACT and the remainder of Australia.  International orders are charged at actual postage and you will be contacted with an estimate prior to dispatch of your order.

Bulky orders including albums will be charged actual postage.

 

Q: How long has Remember When Paper Company been operating?

A: Remember When Scrapbooking was established in 2002 and in 2009 changed it's name to Remember When Paper Company.  In March 2009 Remember When Paper Company change ownership and had a sea change, moving from the South of Melbourne to the Central Coast of NSW.

 

Q: If I don't want to use my credit card over the internet, what options do you have?

A: You can contact us by phone (0412 016 426) or email us at info@rememberwhen.com.au to phone you and we will take your credit card details over the phone.  We can then keep these details on file for you so you can use the DETAILS ON FILE option for payment method.  Alternatively you can pay via direct deposit. Account details are forwarded to you on receipt of your order.

 

Q: How quickly will I get my order?

A: At Remember When we ask that you allow 2 weeks for delivery.  While we try to process orders quickly this time frame allows for delays in postage and for our continual arrival of new stock.  If there is to be a significant delay in your order we will contact you via email.

 

Q: How is my order sent to me?

A: We use Australia Post to send all orders.  If you would like registered or express post please ask at the time of ordering (an extra fee will be charged).

 

Q: Will my order be packed well and arrive safely?

A: Yes, we pack all orders very carefully and we guarantee that your order will arrive safely or we will replace it.

 

Q: Can I come to the warehouse to shop in person?

A: Currently the warehouse is not open for visits.

 

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Yes you can request to pick up your order to save on postage.  You need to let us know in the message section of the checkout that you would like to do this.  When your order is ready someone will contact you to arrange a suitable pick up time.

 

Q: Are there other ways I can place my order?

A: Yes, you can fax (02 4385 3151) an order, mail an order (PO Box 632, Terrigal, NSW 2260), email an order (info@rememberwhen.com.au) or phone an order through (0412 016 426).  Please be sure to include your contact, delivery and payment details.
