MOST IMPORTANT - COMMUNICATION
If we require to contact you with regards to your order for any reason, we will do so by email.  We will contact you by email within 2 business days of receiving your order - please ensure you type your email address correctly.

PRODUCTS
All scanned or photographic images and are accurate as possible.  We do not take responsibility for any variation in colouring etc as this can be affected by your individual PC monitor when viewing.
The site is updated as often as possible to show available products, but occasionally your order may not be completely filled due to higher than usual demand.

Our shopping cart software will automatically generate a confirmation email with your order details - if you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us

POSTAGE
We actively try to recycle as much packaging as possible to avoid adding excess wastage to the environment.

PLEASE NOTE: That if for some reason postage is not applied on your order at checkout it will be done manually at time of processing.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you live outside of Australia, postage costs will be charged at standard international airmail rates.

These charges are not included in the total of your order and will be added manually before processing.

PICK UP
Currently there is no pick up available. 

DELIVERY TIMES
Australia Post is used for all deliveries. Orders are processed and despatched in the order they are recieved, and generally ship within 1 -3 business days of receipt.  If an extended period is required before despatching your order you will be notified by email when possible.

MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE
There is a $20.00 minimum order requirement.

PAYMENT/ORDER METHODS

CREDIT CARD - Mastercard/Bankcard/Visa/American Express (American Express attracks a 1.97% surcharge)

* You can request us to keep your credit card DETAILS ON FILE so you don't need to re-enter them next time you
 visit.  Simply choose the DETAILS ON FILE payment option once we have your details.  You may phone your credit card details through on 0412 016 426.

* If you do not wish to use your credit card details over the internet you can choose to print up your order and FAX it  (02) 4385 3151 or MAIL it with your CREDIT CARD details

Alternatively call Remember When (0412016426) with your credit card details during office hours (Mon-Frid 10am - 2pm) and we'll explain how to then place your order..

*Direct Deposit
please phone the warehouse and receive an Authorisation Code to be entered when asked in the checkout phase of your shopping.


*Cheque - please phone the warehouse and receive an Authorisation Code to be entered when asked in the checkout phase of your shopping.  You may mail a cheque or money after you have placed the order via the internet choosing the CHEQUE payment option  but please await a confirmed order total to be sent to you from the warehouse via email (to check on stock availability). 

Our postal address is PO Box 632, Terrigal NSW 2260.  Again, please note as of 4/1/05 payment is to be made and cleared prior to order being packed and any refunds if required will be sent with your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT USING ANY METHOD OTHER THAN CREDIT CARD MEANS IT WILL TAKE LONGER TO GET YOUR ORDER DUE TO BANK CLEARANCE ISSUES.

All prices are in Australian dollars & are GST inclusive.  To view prices in an alternative currency you may use the converter supplied at the bottom left hand corner of the screen for an approximation of your order value.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
If the goods ordered do not arrive in excellent condition please contact us within 24 hours to arrange return and refund/credit or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and may not be returned without prior authorisation.  Please phone or email to arrange this prior to returning the goods.  If your goods are damaged during transit you should make a claim with Australia Post for reimbursement.  If you have any concerns regarding this process please contact us asap. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

ACID/LIGNIN FREE
Products are described as Acid Free and/or Lignin Free when the manufacturer states it on their products or packaging.  Remember When Scrapbooking cannot take any responsibility for the Acid Free/Lignin free state nor do we guarantee the products with respect to the Acid/Lignin free state.  All reasonable care is taken when handling the products to ensure this chemical state is not affected by other products or contaminants but with this in mind we do not guarantee that the product is or remains Acid/Lignin Free.
